To explain the approach to public consultations about the GridLink project, including to implement the recommendations from the preliminary consultation in France, we have prepared a Concept for Public Participation setting out the planned approach to stakeholder engagement with the local communities, interest groups and the general public.

This approach includes:

• Web-site;
• Information materials and literature about the project;
• Public exhibitions and meetings;
• Thematic meetings with local interest groups;
• Contact forms to communicate questions, comments or complaints.

We hope that this facilitates ongoing positive engagement with all the stakeholders interested in the GridLink project.
